一．工作综述（General description）

This position is a regional office based (or home office) sales and market representative, his responsibility is to generate leads and business opportunities, identify potential customers and projects, makes end-user sales calls with and without distributors sales staff to identify their needs and promote SPC products. Identify distributor candidates, evaluate and qualify distributors, support distributors’ business growth and achieve sales target.

二．工作职责（Responsibilities）

1.Achieve assigned personal target
2.Identify potential market, customer, business opportunity, develop and enhance SPC business in assigned territory
3.Develop and manage distributors in assigned territory
4.Develop an awareness of market trends, collecting competitive information.
5.Communicate and share with the team the market information, new production information and new application information, solution and training to sales teams, distributors and customers.

三．机构关系（Organization relationship）

报告于（Report to）：Solid line report to Regional Channel Manager.
监督人(Supervised by)：MRO China Sales Manager

四．所需资格条件（Qualifications）

1.Post-secondary or above
2.Fair spoken & written English
3.Minimum 4 year’s sales experience in mechanical or safety products in MRO industrial fields
4.Channel development experience would be preferred
5.Self-discipline, work independently
6.Outdoor work is required
