职位描述
Our customer is an European company. An international Chemical Group.
Responsibilities:
- Support production plants in all technical and technological matters
- Keep updated and fully command of technology and technical development within own domain of expertise and assess their potential use for the company
- Be responsible for amendment plant building and maintenance of infrastructure and facilities.
- Accomplish the new facility project construction and operation work and improve equipment based on the needs of development.interactions with internal stakeholders, also acquire knowledge by resolving problems.
- Plan and manage maintenance and technical service activities, oversee daily operations of covering equipment maintenance, application and reliability improvement, and engineering etc. Establish and lead the department in accomplishing short and long term improvement goals.
- Implement, follow up and ensure compliance with HSE, TQM and company policies, regulation and rules, support incident free culture and drive to HSE Excellence through a continuous focus on safety, security, and environmental responsibility, with extended attention to subcontractors and any other resources within perimeter.
- Coordinate with teams and production to improve product or process, to resolve problems relative to materials, product specifications and production operations affecting quality.
- Manage the team and improve the staff's professional skill constantly
Experience:
- At least 10 years of experience in the maintenance department in a big/medium size Chemical production environment;
- Work experience: Min. 5 years of work experience in professional skill and management of technique.
- Working knowledge of applicable mechanical codes, installation requirements and troubleshooting techniques
- With Mechanical, Engineering, or Technology background
- Ability to use various troubleshooting techniques to solve problems
- Strategic thinker with strong planning, analytical and organizing skill
- Able to work and communicate clearly in a global team
- Strong desires for success, self motivated, proactively looking for new challenges.
- Fluent in English
