Our customer is an European company. An international Chemical Group.

Responsibilities:

• To continuous improvement of the production processes,
• Translate the Site strategies and objectives into objectives for the own unit.
• Manage the production process, to define and monitor production schedules (quality and quantity) and procedures of order-booking, delivery and complaint handing of own unit, to coordinate the investigation and timely response to customers concerns and production incidents, to define procedures in order to cope with the production of non-conformity products.
• Coordinate with Maintenance the monthly and annual maintenance planning and budget and ensure their alignment with the production scheduling, to collaborate with maintenance activities (complete installation or long interventions) and make sure production stops are done safely.
• Work with production scheduler and shift leaders to make sure the shipping and receiving are completed on schedule.
• Work with manufacturing engineer/Reliability engineer/shift leaders to ensure smooth operation in workshop.
• Work with QA team and maintenance team to make sure good quality products and reliable equipments.
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulation and company policies, support incident free culture and drive to HSE
• Excellence through a continuous focus on safety, security, and environmental responsibility with collaboration with own unit and HSE department.
• Ensure continuous improvement and innovation, to promote and contribute to production processes optimization in cooperation with R&T, in order to enhance effectiveness (quantity), market responsiveness (quality) and/or reduce costs, to define the innovation management process and means within the unit and ensure compliance with the Group’s policy.
• Make team people skill development

Experience:

• At least 8 years working experience in the chemical processing industry with proven track records;
• Minimum of bachelor degree of chemical engineering and chemistry and engineering.
• Trained in another international company with the similar working experience.
• Minimum of 8 years of working experience with 3 years of management experience.
• Good interpersonal skills with prior supervisory experience
• Ability to use discretion in handling confidential information
• Strong expertise applying fundamental principles of Chemical Engineering, familiar with engineering and safety standards
• Chemical plant and process design expertise is desired
• Able to work and communicate clearly in a global team
• Good ability in Mandarin and English language.
