消费者调研经理
本职位将通过开展消费者意见调研来支持上海迪士尼度假区(SHDR)市场营销部、传讯部、销售部、产品开发部、定价/票务部、运营部、餐饮部、商品部、娱乐演出部、人力资源部和幻想工程部等部门的工作。交付调研和消费者意见来指导市场营销、销售、产品、运营各部门、票务、技术和演职人员相关战略的制定。管理第一手资料调研(主要为定性方面) 并与调研团队 / 迪士尼各目的地的利益相关者、华特迪士尼公司 (TWDC) 和合作组织、迪士尼中国合作来支持上海迪士尼度假区的工作。主动积极地将消费者的意见摆在上海迪士尼决策和行动的核心位置
工作职责:
- 管理市场调研过程中的各个阶段,包括:需求确认、项目设计、调研工具设计 (主要为定性)、分析和调研结果的陈述。向内部客户包括高层领导提供咨询服务
- 综合主要(例如:家庭动态、消费者心态/需求状态、品牌价值/健康研究) 及二级数据 (例如:娱乐演出/度假趋势) 资源转化为可执行的意见
- 管理并激励调研员团队,包括分析员和现场员工
- 定期提供状态更新并分享消费者意见,在不同演职人员/业务部门间收集利用市场知识
- 与内部/外部合作伙伴以及主要/二级调研供应商建立合作关系并管理
- 确保消费者的观点在所有业务部门的战略中位于中心前沿位置
- 与华特迪士尼乐园与度假区调研部、企业品牌部、其它迪士尼中国部门和其它华特迪士尼公司调研团队合作,学习最佳实践、共享信息、调研倡议/效率、各类项目并利用现有工作中的可执行意见
基本资质要求:
- 大学毕业 (MBA尤佳)
- 作为市场营销调研员在营销调研领域拥有5年以上实战工作经验
- 5年以上在中国大陆的调研工作。泛亚洲工作经验尤佳
- 拥有关键性思维方式,能够处理复杂的商业问题来开发调研计划。能够打破常规,并愿意尝试不同的调研方法
- 能够概念化和建立分析计划,设计问卷并分析和归纳数据
- 拥有能够明确定性调研的主题调研结果,通过吸引人的报告和利用故事讲述的演示陈述将调研数据转化为可执行的意见和建议的突出能力。演示陈述技巧突出
- 突出的团队领导技能
- 拥有处理机密信息的突出能力

Consumer Insight, Manager
This position will support the Shanghai Disney Resort (SDR) marketing, communication, product development, pricing/ticketing, operations, food and beverage, merchandise, entertainment, HR and Imagineering departments through consumer insight and research. Deliver research and insights that inform marketing, SDR product, operations LOBs, ticketing, technology and cast related strategies. Commission and manage primary research, utilize secondary sources, and collaborate with research teams/stakeholders across Disney Destinations, The Walt Disney Company (TWDC), and partner organizations, Disney China, to support SDR’s work. Actively place consumer insight at the heart of SDR’s thinking and action.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of the market research process including needs identification, project design, survey design, analysis, and presentation of results. Provide consultation to internal clients, including executives.
- Synthesize primary (e.g. family dynamics, consumer psychographics/need states, brand equity/health studies) and secondary data (e.g. entertainment/vacation trends) sources into actionable insights.
- Manage and inspire a team of researchers including analysts and field staff.
- Provide regular status updates and share consumer insights gleaned to leverage market knowledge across a broad spectrum of Cast/LOBs
- Build and manage relationships with internal/external partners, and primary/secondary research vendors
- Ensure consumer perspectives are front-and-center across all LOB strategies
- Collaborate with WDP&R Research, Corporate Brand, other Disney China divisions and other TWDC research teams on best practice, information sharing, research initiatives/efficiencies, portfolio projects, and to leverage actionable insights from pre-existing work
Requirements:
- College Graduate (MBA preferred)
- Hands-on marketing researcher with 5+ years experience in Marketing Research
- At least 5 years experience working in a research role in Mainland China. Pan Asian experience a plus.
- Critical thinker, able to sort through complex business issues to develop research plans. Able to think out of the box and willing to try different research approaches
- Able to conceptualize and build an analytic plan, design questionnaires, and analyze and summarize data
- Demonstrated ability to translate research data into actionable insights and recommendations through compelling reports and presentations that tell a story. Demonstrated strong presentation skills
- Demonstrated strong team leader skills
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information
- Demonstrated ability to partner with external research consultants
- Demonstrated strong partnering skills. Proven ability to handle conflict.
- Demonstrated problem solving and decision making skills
- Hands-on experience with SPSS/SAS or similar package required
- High attention to detail and accuracy
