In area of diesel after-treatment control system development included software, controller , testing, quality
包含软件、控制器、测试以及软件质量等的柴油后处理系统控制系统开发

2.Major Responsibilities
主要职责：
1、Managing control group for daily job and project software development progress to meeting customers delivery requirments and Tenneco Large engine products road map
负责管理控制部门的日常工作、软件开发计划来满足客户项目的交付及天纳克的产品路线
2、Define the resourcing needs and action plan of control road map and specific customer projects
定义控制系统各项目的资源需求和行动计划
3、Managing and cordinate the short/long term control system consultion or engineering service company to achive the sucessful
管理长期或短期的合作控制系统开发咨询公司或工程服务公司来完善天纳克的控制系统开发
4、Reporting the control system development risk and statues to management team regulary
定期向管理层汇报控制系统开发状态及存在的风险
5、Assist Adv. Engineering & large enigne PD manager for overall related products and technology development
协助前期工程及大型发动机研发经理完成所有相关产品及技术的开发

3. Work Experience 工作经验
1、8 years work experience in automotive electronic control system development.
在汽车及其相关领域从事电控软件开发8年以上工作经历
2、At least 3 year leadership experience
至少3年的管理经验

4. Education/Certification 教育背景/证书
1、Bachelor degree or above in electronic， control or mechanical-electronic related
发动机电控方向、机电、控制工程专业硕士以上学位
2、CET-6 or above with good oral English
英语6级以上且具备较好的口语

5. Specialised Skills/Knowledge 专业技能/知识
1、Familar with Matlab/simulink/stateflow
2、Familar with C/C++ language
3、Familar with controller hardward
4、Konw about AUTOSAR
5、Konw about CMMI certification process
6、Konw about sensors, actoruator
7、Know about the calibration
8、Familar with SAE J1939, CCP, GB 17691-2005, HJ 437-2008 and EURO regulation about OBD sections
9、Ability to assert yourself, team capability and flexibility as well as a high degree of initiative and personal responsibility
