职位描述Summary of Responsibilities:
负责医院内部网络、系统的安全运行和QOS管理，对服务器进行定期检查、补丁升级、备份、等支持性工作，对内部IP电话系统做基本维护。
工作职责Responsibilities:
1. 负责医院内部网络安全及QOS管理，及时处理网络问题，确保业务运行通畅；
2. 负责医院内部各个系统安全可靠运行（包括邮件系统、IM、FTP、域管理）；
3. 对服务器及系统进行定期日志检查；
4. 服务器防病毒，补丁升级，备份等安全支持；
5. 内部IP电话系统的基本维护；
6. 支持医院个人PC的桌面维护；包括台式机、笔记本电脑、打印机等硬件设备的维护与故障报修；
7. 移动终端设备维护；
8. 医院门禁一卡通、信息发布、公共广播系统的应用维护；
9. 负责医院POS机、对POS机和电子称定期进行检查；
10. 机房UPS管理；
11. 记录HelpDesk常见问题、扩充IT知识库系统；
任职资格 Qualifications:
1).学历要求 Education:
计算机相关专业大专及以上学历
2).工作经验要求Working experience:
两年以上计算机系统、网络维护经验
3).技能要求Skills:
掌握TCP/IP协议和LAN技术，熟悉有线/无线网络设备的安装、调试、排错；
熟悉WINDOWS2008架构基础（包括AD，DHCP ,DNS）；
掌握Exchange 2010配置及应用；
熟悉磁盘阵列和数据备份。
4) 执照与证书要求 License & Certifications
有CCNA/CCNP/MCSE证书。
