职位描述Summary of Responsibilities:
负责医院软件系统维护管理和优化， 负责医院数据库的备份以及恢复。负责医院内部员工的软件应用系统培训。

工作职责Responsibilities:
1. 负责医疗HIS系统的维护管理和优化，包括系统安装，升级；
2. 负责HIS系统的角色和用户权限和分配管理，打印设置；
3. 负责医院HIS系统的数据备份、恢复，各项安全策略的设置，系统性能监控和调优；
4. 负责监管数据库，特别是与HIS相关数据库的安全防护，备份和恢复，组织检查、安装更新升级补丁；
5. 负责研究制定数据库的性能优化调整方案并组织实施；
6. 依据项目的需求，负责配合咨询公司做HIS的实施工作：需求分析、业务流程优化、方案设计、系统配置、运营维护、系统测试和上线等工作；
7. 针对医院特点，帮助医院进行业务流程的优化与分析，提出基于临床医疗的解决方案；
8. 医院各模块的基本维护以及日后配合与HIS开发人员进行二次模块的开发；
9. 企业内部员工HIS应用系统培训；
任职资格 Qualifications:
1).学历要求 Education:
计算机软件开发相关专业专科 以上学历；
2).工作经验要求Working experience:
从事医疗信息事业2年以上
3).技能要求Skills:
1. 熟悉主流数据库及大型ERP系统的权限维护管理和系统安全；
2. 熟练掌握SQL命令进行数据库的维护与表单查询；
3. 了解医院信息流程；有实际项目编程经验；
4) 执照与证书要求 License & Certifications
