Purpose of Role：
1.Responsible for graduates& apprenticeship program and CSR in Chery Jaguar Lander Rover (CJLR)
2.Build up connection with business school & establish development programs for CJLRers.
Main Responsibilities：
1.Design, conduct graduates program and apprenticeship program with different universities or technical schools. including roadmap design, development plan tracking, trainee performance collection, personnel & admin management etc.
2.Be responsible for company educational assistance program and assist in designing developing mini MBA Program with external business schools.
3.Extend CJLR's employer brand in universities, technical schools by organizing campus events.
4.Managing relationships with external communities that are current or potential sources of talent-e.g. universities, scientific associations
5.Create CSR policy and plan, execute annual CSR(Corporate Social Responsibility) activities with internal/external stakeholders and support in corporate communication.
Key cross functional influences：
Consult with related internal functions with graduates /apprentice program if necessary.
Cooperate with universities or schools for some campus events.
Cooperate with external stakeholder for CSR activities.
Main Requirements:
1.A minimum of a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years working experience in training, graduates or apprentice program or similar fields.
2.A good knowledge and practice of graduates or apprentice program and be familiar with the surrounding universities or technical schools in Shanghai/Suzhou/ Wuxi/Nantong/Nanjing/Hangzhou etc.
3. Well-developed interpersonal skills and the capacity to develop formal and informal relationships and networks in order to engage and build rapport with clients, peers and suppliers.
4. Ability to work unsupervised and proactively on own initiative.
5. Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Windows packages.
6. Excellent English language skills, such as written, spoken and reading.
