职位描述
1. Represent the voice of the customer and promote accelerated internal improvement to achieve total alignment between external and plant internal indicators

2. Specifically, map external quality data to internal quality measures to ensure that customer protection is in place for warranty issues.

7. Provide external & internal customer feedback to plant organisation at all levels.

13. Maintain secured gate release integrity, assure all known vehicle repairs are completed and verified prior to shipping.
