职位描述
1. Establish and improve the system to collect, communicate and release dimension specification and information by leading Dimension Variation Analysis team.
带领DVA团队，建立并改进尺寸标准及信息的收集、沟通和发布机制。
2. Formulate standard process of PCF and E cube events, monitor and ensure implementation and delivery of all PCF & E cube events according to launch schedule of each model, .
制定PCF和E cube活动流程，监督并确保PCF和E cube活动按照项目节点实施并交付，支持生产和质量部门在正常生产阶段对于尺寸质量的不断改进。
3. Collect response of dimension design and specification from Plant and QD, provide valuable suggestion of dimension optimization by participant product design and dimension simultaneous engineering.
收集制造和质量部门对于尺寸设计和标准的反馈，参与前期产品设计和尺寸同步工程，提出对于优化尺寸质量有价值的建议。
4. Liaise with metrology leaders from JLR design and ME, to assure smooth communication for dimension specification by PD
与捷豹路虎设计与ME的尺寸部门保持联系，保证设计尺寸标准顺畅沟通和反馈
5. Participant dimension delivery audit at component supplier, help Purchase to promote supplier quality by evaluation and response during PCF/E cube events.
带领团队参与供应商零件尺寸交样的审核，并在项目阶段尺寸活动中对零件尺寸质量进行评估和反馈，帮助采购部门推动零部件质量提升。
6. Support DMI team to design and buyoff of dimension measurement system, feedback valuable suggestion to improve during DVA events.
支持DMI团队对尺寸测量体系的设计和验收，并在使用中反馈对于尺寸测量系统有价值的改进建议
7. Ensure dimension specification release and maintenance procedure compliance with corporate initiatives / Standards (TS16949, etc.)
确保尺寸信息的发布和维护流程遵守公司的行为标准(TS16949等)
8. Confirm performance target together with staff and apply performance appraisal regularly.
定期与团队成员确定绩效目标和进行绩效评估
9. Represent the Senior Manager of Dimensional Media & Interface as required

1. Experience of dimension quality management and improvement for BIW and Exterior/Interior fitting.
