POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage new / existing vendors and supplier lists.
• Negotiate and enforce costs and conditions with associated suppliers.
• Develop/maintain/enforce intra and inter department policies, processes and procedures.
• Handle dispute resolutions.
• SAP System master data maintenance (including item master, vendor master, info records)
• Reviews, evaluates, and monitors department purchase requisitions for proper authorization, specifications, and legal compliance
• RFQ-PO placement (including negotiation and contract management)
• Coordinate purchasing activities with other departments (e.g. EHSS, Legal, Finance, Logistics) to acquire goods and services in a cost effective and timely manner. Compliance to internal policies and laws ( including Code of Ethics, Master Authority Schedule, Procurement policy,)
• Daily interaction, negotiation, order placement, expediting with business contacts.

PROFESSIONAL SKILL REQUIRE

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to excel as an individual contributor as well as a team player
• Good negotiation skills & business acumen
• Fluent english communication in speaking, reading and writing
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Power Point

JOB EXPERIENCE:

• 5 years related Procurement experience
• Experience in multi-national company is preferred
• Contract experience strongly preferred.

EDUCATION:

• Minimum Bachelor degree
