Job Title: Office person/行政专员

Reporting Line: Direct Reporting to Manager (China);
Responsibilities:
· Receptionist
· Phone support
· AR Duties
· AP Duties
· Deposit Entry
· Responsible for filing of bills, invoices, master documents and other administrative items
· Match up and entry of credit card charges to monthly statements
· Responsible for basic accounts payable/accounts receivable calls, and follow up
· Mail clerk
· Coordinate and order supplies for break room and office
· Coordinate and reconcile expense reports for business travel
· Schedule conference rooms
· Office equipment maintenance and repairs
· Facilities maintenance contact
· Contact for utilities and recurring office expenses
· Coordinate incoming visitor visits
· Work directly with the corporate office in the USA
· Any other tasks assigned by management

Requirements:
· Excellent English written, verbal and communication skills;
· Excellent understanding of growing and sustaining businesses in a highly competitive and changing marketplace;
· Good understanding of business, and able to take the ownership;
· Ability to work independently under minimum supervision;
· 2+ years of related work experience
· Detailed oriented and task driven
· Ability to work in a team environment
· Ability to interact with customers and vendors
· Good organizational skills
