Job Title: Support Engineer 中国区维修支持工程师

Reporting Line: Direct Reporting to Manager (China);
Indirect Reporting to Service & Support Manager (USA)

Responsibilities:
Develop deep technical and operational knowledge of company offering to successfully engage partners and users across the China region;
Implement maintenance methods and procedures
Providing pre & post sales technical support& assistance to partners and users including on-site technical support, develop and document technical solutions and configurations, product training;
Interact closely with partners and be responsible for ultimate partner’s’ satisfaction;
Timely and accurate responses to all technical inquiries about products and services ;
Act as a focal point for all Chinapartnersas the primary interface;
Requirements:
· At least Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering/ Telecommunication Engineering, or equivalent;具备电子/电子工程/通讯/IT行业等相关专业知识
· Be familiar with electronic components and PCB maintenance熟悉电子元器件和PCB维修
· Good communications skills (Compulsory : English);很好的英语沟通能力
· Solid command of written and spoken English Good technical writing and presentation skills; 具备专业英语技术交流和介绍能力
· Excellent interpersonal skills & able to communicate at all levels; 善于人际交流
· Ability to work independently under minimum supervision;能独立自觉工作
· Highly organized, with strong ability to prioritize and multi-task; 全理的安排工作，并有条理处理各项任务
· At least 5 years relevant experience;5年以上相关工作经验
· Basic programming skills in JavaScript is required; 熟悉基本的Javascript编程
· Occasionally travel within the China region; 适应不定期国内出差
