The Role & Key Responsibilities:
? Based on internal data, worked as single source for dealers to contact to resolve various kinds of problems.
? As a technical consultant of Vista and spec to solve end users' problem, such as allocation, ordering
? Explain NSC policy to dealer to help them to balance their stratagem
? Introduce new products and track new products launch, and collect related info
? Review dealer orders to ensure they are produced and delivered timely
? Handle daily operation issues to support dealer sales
? Collect dealer information to support internal analysis, process amendments if necessary
? Communicate with other departments and dealers to collect market information
? Handle daily operation issues which assigned by manager
Skills, experience and qualifications required:
? Bachelor’s Degree in Automotive Engineering or related
? At least 2 years experience working in the automotive company.
? Excellent English language, written and spoken.
? Self motivated and capable of working independently, and in a team environment.
? Communication skills – active listening, writing, negotiation, influencing and presentation sills – one on one and within a group situation.
? Customer focused.
