工作职责：Key Duties
?客户沟通: 与客户进行沟通， 建立良好客户关系，准确把握客户需求；
?品牌专家: 对客户品牌、产品、竞争环境全面深入的理解，参与客户会议；
?团队建设: 客户服务人员指导、培训及管理工作；
?完成提案: 参与所有策划案，带领小组成员进行提案；
?项目管理: 审核执行方案及排期，监管项目的执行情况、流程进度和成本控制，确保良好运行。
Customer communication: communicate with customers, to establish a good customer relationship, accurately grasp customer needs;
Branding expert :comprehensive and in-depth understanding of Clients' brands, products 、competitive environment, participate in client meetings;
Team Building: customer service staff guidance, training and management;
Complete proposal: to participate in all planning case, led the proposal team members;
Project Management: Audit Implementation Programme, Regulatory implementation of the project to Ensure good operation;

招聘要求 Skills and Aptitudes Required：
?本科以上学历，3年以上知名广告/互动公司工作经验；
?有提案经验, 具备独立提案能力；
?有項目管理经验,进行项目流程和成本管控；
?具备良好的沟通协作能力、时间观念和极强的责任感；
Bachelor degree or above, more than three years well-known advertising / Interactive work experience;
Proposal and experience with independent proposals;
Experience in project management, project processes and cost control;
Have good communication and collaboration capabilities, the concept of time and a strong sense of responsibility;

有互动营销经验者优先Interactive marketing experience is preferred
