工作地点：闵行区东川路555号紫竹信息数码港
Objective of Job:
1. Technical support of users in the domain of office automation(20%) and Engineering IT(80%)
2. Coordinate with Region Helpdesk team or Global IT team to perform OA support.
3. Coordinate with Global IT PD team to trouble shoot Engineering systems, applications and tools.
4. Ensure continuous availability and acceptable levels of performance of IT systems
5. Ensure users satisfaction and ownership towards their IT tools in order to maintain the quality of services provided by IT department. If needed, prepare the necessary solutions (training plans, procedures, users documentations or any other tools).
6.Manage and coordinate the technical projects
Qualifications:
1.Good communication skills in both Chinese & English
2.Basic networking infrastructure and AD knowledge,
3.Familiar with Windows or/and Linux Server Operating Systems
4.Engineering applications TeamCenter, NX, Catia...(preferred)
5.Bachelor degree in computer science, information system manager or related fields, At least 3 years of IT working experience
6.Can work independently with excellent problem solving skills
7.Good team player with high sense of responsibility and professionalism
