Job Description:

The candidate will have to be able to develop strong expertise in the usage, the customization and the administration of the software and will have the following responsibilities:

- Customer training

- Software customizations programming (Visual Basic)

- Software installation and deployment

Customer remote and on site technical support including, needs and issues analysis, maintenance reporting and solution delivery.

Job Requirements:

The candidate should have at least 2 years working experience and should follow the above requirements:

- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or Computer Sciences.

- Programming knowledge (Visual Basic).

- IT Infrastructure administration knowledge

- Experience as maintenance or technical engineer in industrial software is a recommended.

- Familiar with CAD/CAM tools is a plus.

Others:

- Chinese mother tongue and English is required.

- Good communication skills.

- Responsible, analytical skills and attention to details, problem solving skills, teamwork skills and organizational skills.

- Travel will be required up to 20% of the time
