Recruitment Requirements
1.1 Bachelor degree or above major. Strong Knowledge about Die maintenance &steel machining& GEOMETRY; With knowledge in Stamping tooling designing is preferred.
1.2 At least 10 years work experiences with stamping tooling in Automotive industry;
1.3 Fluent English in oral and writing;
1.4 Great presentation, communication and interpersonal skills;
1.5 High integrity with motivation, can work independently with limited supervision；

Job Description
The main responsibilities of the Employee include but are not limited to:
2.1 Tool Tuning.
1) Validate tools on final press to reach Quality& Production performance.
2) Implement action to finalize tool on final press.
3) Contact with Die maker to coordinate improvement.
2.2 Tool Repair.
1) Organize repair activity.
2) Implement resource to guaranty tool reliability.
3) Implement action plan to improve tool reliability.
2.3 Maintenance policy.
Define maintenance policy for every tool.
