JOBOBJECTIVES:



He/She is managing the team who is responsible for cost engineering for the investment projects (<200 mil EU) in Asia Pacific. he will manage the cost engineering database for investment projects in Asia/Pacific. He will ensure proper cost engineering services including value engineering and risk managemnet support for the investment projects (Engineering & Maintenance A/P).



RESPONSIBILITIES:


1. Take responsible to develop and timely update the cost estimation tools for capital investment projects in Asia Pacific in close cooperation with GTE.


2. Lead cost engineering activities for capital investment projects (<200 mil EU) in Asia Pacific by performing qualified cost engineering services.


3. Setup cost engineering procedures for the captical investment projects in Asia Pacific in accordance with BASF mandatory procedures, actively involve in updating of relevant globe procedures.


4. Review estimates produced by the cost engineers within the team and challenge integrated BASF and EP's project team to reach the target agree... .
