Job Responsibility:
1.In charge of the supply chain functions for TSP SBU incl. Import & export, procurement management, inventory control, repairing customer service and logistics management to develop optimum level of supply chain to support on business growth and products line expansion, satisfy specific customer requirements.
2.Manage and oversee supply chain daily operations (procurement, import declarations, customer service, logistics) including monitoring and improving supply schedule, keep track on supply plan to response to customer needs;
3.Ensure to maintain optimum level of inventory, improve product availabilities, service level and sustain OTD target through inventory replenishment/per-order system to fulfilling specific customer requirements.
4.Managing and keeping track on KPIs of warehouse performance, RMA and supplier on time delivery, responsible for KPI measurement, improvement and reporting management required
5.Continuous process development to have lean organization
6.Responsible for establishing the standardized efficiently operation process
7.Responsible to maintain internal/external customer relationship
8.Responsible to manage 3PL, forwarder and other service provider’s communications, selection, payment and improvement
9.Managing supplier’s delivery scheduling and expedite, iron out the day to day supply chain issues, expediting, crisis management, damage cargo survey, insurance claims
10.Responsible for warehouse cycle count and stock take at year end
Job Requirement:
1.Bachelor’s Degree with Minimum 5 years of experience in multi-national companies and minimum 2 years of experience in Procurement, declarations, customer service and logistics
2.Familiar with import/export, HS classifications, customs declarations, transportation and 3PL management
3.Good communication skills with ownership and strong self-motivation
4.Good at MS-office skills and ERP, preferable BaaN
5.Fluent in English, proficient in MS Office suite
6.Rich knowledge on customer interface, declarations management, transportation operations, freight forwarding (air/ground), experiences on purchasing, warehousing, order fulfillment and shipping
