Main Responsibilities
Secure IKEA service office IT environment, help user easy to use their IT facility.
Maintain Printers and fax
-Manage printers and faxes’ accessories
-communicate with vendor
Maintain computer hardware and software
-Maintain server room and related IT devices
-Maintain computer hardware
-Maintain IKEA Common Client & systems
-Maintain office equipments
-Support all IKEA end-users

Knowledge
Have server/ computer/printer/fax /network hardware & software working experience

Skills
Positive working attitude and professional working way

Abilities
Have a good communication competence
