Tasks Description

Position: Major Tasks

1. Responsible for plant Occupational Health (OH) management:
- Coordinate monthly Hyper toxic substance (HTS) & yearly working area
monitoring;
- Organize yearly staff health surveillances and follow up with the
test;
- Communication the monitoring result based on regulation and maintains
record.
2. Responsible for plant safety and process safety:
- Management of PPE and safety facilities;
- Create and maintain plant safety related SOP;
- Implement and follow up safety activities (Safety Walkthrough, BBS,
JSA, 5 min safety talk, etc.); Review and ensure safety measurements
implemented for each kind irregular work via work plan. Create and
update plant level ERP and ensure related training. Conduct drills
including assessment and follow up according to the law requirement;
- Incident/Accident reporting, investigation, tracking of the corrective
action and recording in IIMS;
- Organize communication of safety relevant topics within area of
responsibility
- Join MOC/Hazop discussion from safety point of view.
- Management of Procure Chemical and Hyper-toxic chemical in the plant
and lab.
3. Responsible for the environment management of plant;
- Coordinate the ISO14001:9004 system in PUR. Set up and maintain plant
level ISO14001:9004 system.
- Plant waste gas/waste solid/waste water handling, monitoring and
record maintenance.
- Create plant environment related SOP& records.
4. Responsible for the management of Plant fire-fighting safety
- Review and ensure plant firefighting facilities be checked based on
regulation and in good condition;
- Maintain plant firefighting related SOP& records.
5. Responsible for HSE training to the production personnel and
contractor;
- Coordinate mandatory/regulatory trainings/drills.
- Conduct plant level safety orientation training to new employees and
contractors.
- Maintain Plateau system and ensure related training done.
- Maintain/update plant level qualification matrix and plan/organize
related training in plant.
6. Management of Integrated management system (IMS) in PUR Caojing
- Coordinate QM issue and audits as PUR QM representative. Conduct
ISO14001 system setup and maintain ISO9001 system in plant.
- Coordinate Core process & Q process implementation in PUR Caojing.
7. Management of MSDS (GSLOnline), Glas, GHS labeling system;
8. Coordinate authority related tasks, as external audits, permit
application related topics
9. Coordinate and distribute HSE information as internally and
externally.



Requirements Description

Position: Skills,...

1.College degree or Bachelor degree above in chemistry or engineering.
2.At least 5 years working experience in chemical/petrochemical
production operation, Managerial experience within production shift is
in an advantage
3.Capable to work with team, having analytical thinking and problem
solving skills.
4.Good command of MS Office software, experience with DCS System in an
advantage.
5.Good command of English, in reading, writing and oral communication.
