Introduction：

Position

The International Sales coordinator, with major roles as order handling specialist, is responsible for whole ordering process of complicated orders, interfacing with internal depts. and ensuring customer satisfaction in support of business objectives. The individual will work with International Sales team closely and report to Sales team leader.

Responsibilities:
1.Process and manage customer's orders timely in compliance with order fulfillment process guidelines, function's performance standard and business rules with competence; need to be very familiar with the products and can be able to answer the customer's question and troubleshoot the problems;
2.Track order status of overall order process with highlights in shipment/delivery of the right products, and documents follow up for smooth delivery of products to customers;
3.Quote incoming enquiries appropriately to both old and new customers in a timely and responsible manner;
4.Act as backup to other specialized team members on order handling;
5.Work closely with International Sales team to solve problem at each stage of pre-order entry, order entry, post order entry and coordination of supply chain activities;
6.Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with relevant business and functional groups through excellent communication skills;
7.Develop the level of computer skills to be able to handle daily operations and other activities as assigned;
8.Handle all invoicing process timely for the customers and make record;

Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree with Business, international trade or Mechanical Engineering is preferred, familiar with power transmission sector would be plus
2.2-year related working experience and International trade knowledge is preferred;
3.Customer Service Oriented;
4.Must have fluent English skill both in written and spoken;
5.Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
6.Proficiency on operation of Office with emphasis on Excel;
7.Self-motivated and quick learner with initiative and flexibility .
