Be responsible for raw materials purchase planning to ensure materials supply, reduce line-down and optimize inventory turns.
(1) Optimize materials planning MRP/MPS based on firm PO & forecast in system;
(2) Supplier On-time-Delivery rate analysis & improvement, define actions. Supplier delivery dates shall be systematically controlled to ensure high reliability;
(3) Analyze changes and new developments in materials and projects (ECO/EOL) to reduce costs and improve supply availability.
(4) Account payment analysis support
(5) Inventory control & stock turnover rate improvement
(6) Perform daily order confirmation & lead RM supply plan as required by master planner
(7) Call Weekly potential material shortage meeting ( with planner)
(8) lead coordination within planning and purchasing
(9) Initiate the material supply plan for important projects
(10) Assist in resolve slow/non-moving RM problem & avoid create more slow/non-moving RM in future
(11) Assist in managing Purchasing Dept. when the Purchasing Manager is out of office.

Requirements:
- be good at SAP using
- inventory management is must
- knowing planning and warehouse's function
- at least 2 years experience in leading a team
