Responsibilites:
Help consultant to collect some industry information
Conduct the pro-active search as to diffrent function
Intensive and extensive research for recruitment projects, including desk and telephone research ,and screening,information collection.
Code call to potential candidates and obtain relevant information on candidates and short-list to consultants
Make cold calls and communicate mostly through the telephone to find potential candidates.
Date entry and maintain database
Provite assitance to the relevant requirement

Requirements:
Strong sense of responsibility and hard working
Excellent communication skill and easy to cooperate
Will to learn ande good time mangement skill
Will to cold calls and comfortable on the phone
Good business sense and information colleting skills
Excellent in English(good writing and spoken English)
