Responsibility：

· Own inventory take process, and ensure the inventory physical counting process is right in place and get fully executed

· Communicate with local Sales timely and get updated about reasonable business requirements and get them reflected in 3PL(s)’ daily operation

· Coordinate project implementation initiated jointly by 3PL(s) and HBI, for example, to build EDI interface, to set up a new process etc

· Lead problem solving on site, including investigation of issue background, data and why-why analysis, communicate corrective action plans, escalate those issues when necessary

· Supervise 3PL(s) all others effectively regarding all warehousing and distribution activities on site, ensure agreed SOPs get fully followed, be involved in quality controls, audits etc

· Check and confirm monthly costs for the site

· Evaluate the performance of 3^rd party logistics service providers to ensure company objectives and budgets are met

· Other responsibilities assigned by logistics operation manager

Requirements：

Degree in business or related disciplines

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

ERP/WMS knowledge

More than 3 years in logistics operations area

Experience from FMCG or top 3PL will be an advantage
