GENERAL SUMMARY:
Working for the US/UK premier brands, the Creative Lead is ultimately responsible for leading the design efforts of client’s eBusiness offerings, including but not limited to eCommerce and brand marketing websites, online and offline marketing collaterals, and visual management of the digital shelf. The Creative Lead will be responsible for blending the client, user, and business goals to create high quality online experience across a diverse range of devices.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Strong ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user interfaces
? Professional knowledge in designing and developing web offerings, including HTML, Java, Flash, etc. for a diverse range of devices
? Understanding of Tmall store and advertising design requirements a plus
? Knowledge in digital marketing and/or brand marketing a plus
? Proactive in pitching new ideas and establishing success metrics for projects
? Strong intuition for blending brand values and aesthetics in creative deliverables for brands from a wide range of industries, including apparel, cosmetics, FMCG, home products, etc.
? Good communication skills in English a plus
? Good business sense and detail-oriented
? A positive team player, willing to get hands-on and take up additional responsibilities to drive results when necessary
? Excellent interpersonal skills with strong adaptability into a dynamic environment
? Strong leadership and people management skills
? Bachelor degree or above

2) Experience:
a) Total 5+ years working experience in creative, digital marketing, web development agencies, of which 2+ years in a leader role
b) Experience in creative development for a wide range of web offerings, including eCommerce websites, campaign microsites, digital advertising and marketing collaterals, etc.
c) Experience in creative development for a wide range of digital devices covering web and mobile
d) Experience in working for international agencies and/or brands a definite advantage
