GENERAL SUMMARY:
The senior automation test engineer will be responsible for developing/maintaining QTP automation test scripts for capital market trading platform in windows/Linux environment. He/she will work with Bleum test team and US customer closely to provide high quality test services, including preparing functional test plan and test cases, writing test script, executing automation test, analyzing test result.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Duties

· Read the testing specifications and the task case, be responsible for developing and maintaining QTP test code.
· Execute automation testing, analyze test result.
· Support other team members’ manual test when it is necessary.
· Track status for bugs and issues, maintain defects tracking system
· Status reporting on activities undertaken to managers.
· Regularly communicate with English speaking customer for assignment, work progress and technical issues
· 阅读测试用例和文档，开发QTP自动化测试脚本
· 执行自动化测试并分析测试结果
· 在需要的时候参与手工测试
· 维护问题追踪系统
· 分析测试说明书
· 向经理汇报状态
· 跟客户定时沟通



REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

1) Competencies: Skills, knowledge, & abilities
Functional Competencies:
· Minimum 2 years solid QTP experience in developing data driven tests, writing QTP functions and results analysis and reporting
· QTP programming experience for GUI products is highly preferred
· Experience in the development and implementation of software testing automated solutions and framework is a plus
· Experience in implementing advanced Descriptive Programming techniques for QTP
· Advanced Experience with VBscript Programming
· Experience in Java Programming, be able to understand Java code is a plus
· Experience in testing trading application (Equity, Fixed Income, Futures, FX, etc) is a plus
· Experience with Unix sell scripting is a plus

具有VBscript方面编程经验
有金融交易应用程序（股票，固定收益，期货，外汇等）测试经验优先考虑
最好懂得使用unix shell
