Material Procurement Manager (for PCB business)

Material Program Manager
1. Market segment focus and drive most optimize cost in all NPI projects
2. Plan, organize, direct and control the overall quotation process
3. Owner of all NPI projects from first quote to MP
4. Owning suppliers’ technology roadmap and perform gap analysis on key material offering with current and future market requirements
5. Evaluate supplier's capacity to meet production requirements for each NPI program
6. Ensure best in class pricing in NPI stage
7. Business focus

Sourcing Manager
1. Lead Sourcing team
2. Identify and lead future souring requirements
3. Manage sourcing activities to meet customer's requirements
4. Leadership role in development and maintenance of component / material supplier relationship
5. Create Prefer Supplier List and manage their performance


Job requirements

1. Experience in NPI / Mat’s Qualification Process
2. Understand PCB maket and requirements, inclulde FPCB
3. Strong total BOM cost analysis
4. Strong Leveraging / communication skill
5. Leadership role and program management skill
6. Good negotiation skill
7. Experience in PCB maufacturing process
8. Understand PCB material qualification process and requirements
9. Strong total cost-of-ownership concept
10. Good Leveraging / communication skill
