Responsiblity:
? Have a clear understanding of the relationship between operational requirements of the business, corporate strategy, and customer satisfaction.
? Recognizing opportunities for process improvements and committing to making these improvements and process management.
? Identifying and removing both technical and cultural barriers to process-focused management.
? Responsible for managing and improving performance of the business through continuous optimizing of business processes in a closed-loop cycle of analysis, modeling, execution, and measurement.
? Work with business managers to identify and prioritize improvement initiatives.
? Lead the development and implementation of business process changes.
? Conducts post implementation reviews and identifies lessons learned to further refine best practices and processes that can be applied to future process implementations.
? Lead the internal audit team and manage all activities relating to process assessment and improvement activities.
? Provide business expertise to support project management, business change management and process improvements.
? Establish and maintain clear lines of communication with key stakeholders for input and effective alignment with business needs.
? Plan, schedule, and conduct business process improvement workshops.
? Verify the updating and maintenance of process documentation.

Requirements:
? BS, 8 years above working experience and at least 5 years focus on business process in multinational company
? Good working knowledge of process improvement practices.
? Skilled in problem solving.
? Understanding of Quality Process and Procedures.
? Risk management processes.
? Good English both in oral and written
