FUNCTION: AFTER SALES ENGINEER
LOCATION: SGCC SHANGHAI (post based in Shenzhen)
Management: Will be attached to the after sales Manager China
Aim of the job: Ensuring the after-sales-service for Chinese and south Asian
Customers

TIAMA group is a French company that offers complete visual inspection solutions for Glass and automotive industry. The first mission for this after sales engineer will be the commissioning and follow-up of a project for 6 months in Shenzhen with our partner EDIXIA Automation in CAPSA (PSA / 东风) factory.
Today, TIAMA group is 250 employees all around the world.
Job details:
Under the management of the After-sales service Manager, you will work in close collaboration with your Project Manager & others company’s services located in France.
You will take part in installation/set-up/tuning missions & will be responsible for the after-sales support of our optical & electro-mechanical control systems. Ultimate Target will be the Customer Satisfaction.
A frequent presence at customer’s site will be essential.
Duration of intervention by customers :
Main customer for the first 6 month is based in Shenzhen.
Skills required:
We are looking for a candidate graduated from Engineer School or equivalent in industrial software, having at least a 5 year experience in a similar job dealing with industrial equipment business. A good knowledge of automatism process will be a real asset. Autonomous & rigorous, you are well recognized for your efficiency & your ease in communication & relationship management.
This job requires a fluent level in English & Chinese.
