JOBOBJECTIVES:
He/She is leading our Quality manager team. He/She has the authority to audit and monitor activities with regard to compliance with all project quality requirements and procedures. His/Her task is to assist in identifying quality problems, to contribute to problem solving and to evaluate the effectiveness of solutions. He/She is also responsible for monitoring that all required project quality records and documentation are generated by the Engineering Team and other contractors and suppliers in order that legal regulatory and BASF company quality standards are fully complied with.



RESPONSIBILITIES:


1. Develop overall project quality policies and procedures


2. Overall establishment and implementation of a Quality Management Program (described in the quality policy, quality objectives, quality plans, procedures, and audit schedules developed for the work)


3. Ensure that the Project Quality Management Program objectives are incorporated in all contracts and subcontracts


4. Assess quality management aspects in Contractor, Service Provider and Supplier contract tendering and awarding process


5. Monitor the effectiveness of the engineering team and engineering- design- and construction contractor’s quality management programs.
