我司是一家荷兰-法国合资的手动工具外贸公司。办公室分布在荷兰，法国和上海。主要销售市场是欧洲，以库存销售为基本模式。上海代表处的主要职责是根据客人所要求的品质/价格，寻找到合适的供货商，下订单后确保准时交货。在上海，我们拥有一支精干而简练的团队。 目前我司正在寻找一名业务助理。

职责要求：

1. 本科学历

2. 在物流方面有相关工作经验（贸易出口，货运，相关文件等）

3. 在采购方面有相关工作经验

4. 英语读写良好

5. 能执行简单的公司日常行政事务

6. 工作努力，能承受压力，愿意偶尔出差

其他要求：

1. 缜密，细心，高度责任感和良好的职业道德：诚实、自律、勤奋

2. 接受能力强，能有效沟通、协调、解决问题

3. 主动，自发，具有团队精神，热情更佳。

We are a Dutch-French trading company in handtools with offices in Holland, France and Shanghai. Our main market is Europe. We are a stock based company.
In our Shanghai office we make sure the orders placed are compliant with the required quality, price and are shipped on time. We have a small team with dedicated workers.
We are currently looking for a QC (quality control) to strengthen our team

Main requirements:
1. University license degree
2. Experience in logistics (export, shipment, documents knowledge)
3. Experience in purchasing.
4. Good communication in English, read/speak.
5. Experience in office excutive
6. Hard-working, perform under pressure and willing to travel.

Other requirements:
1. Rigorous, careful, high sense of responsibility and good professional ethics : Honest, self-discipline, hard-working
2. Strong communication and coordination and capacity to deal with quality problems
3. Open minded, active, initiative, team spirit, enthousiatic
