- For Siemens SRE we are looking for a Secretary in Guangzhou.
What are my responsibilities?
- Assist to Manager in office administrative and organizational tasks.
- Secretary to GM
- Business advance handling
- Travel booking and expense checking
- Guangzhou office monthly expense claim
- Collection of business information from Location Managers (Coordination)
- Staff leaves checking
- Activity organization
- SRE ICS report of GZ office
- Data information collection for AMU South and support the various report for KPI PROMIS Etc.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Presentation Skills
- Time Management
- Knowledge of company guidelines and processes, about purchasing, business trips, relevant contacts
- English (read write and speak)
- University degree plus 3 to 4 years similar job experience. Good in communication
