Technical and Professional Skills Requirements
- 5y+ experience in core Java/J2EE programming
- Solid understanding of OOA, OOD, OOP, design patterns and architecture patterns etc
- Solid experience in multi-threaded design and programming
- Extremely sharp hands on development experience with a very strong technical background
- Expert ability to apply analytical and problem-solving skills to solve complex design and coding problems
- Talent and passionate in technology
- Advanced Programmer or above skills
- Understanding of Spring IOC, ORM frameworks
- Fluent in both oral and written English
- Familiar with automate testing
- Familiar with Continuous Integration (Maven, Cruise Control, etc…)
- Ability to work effectively as a team member, across project teams, and independently.
- Be comfortable with working with people at all levels.

- 熟悉Maven, Cruise Control等集成开发工具
- 具备高效的团队工作和独自工作能力
- 乐于沟通、善于沟通

Desirable Skills
- Database fundamentals (SQL, logical data modeling,physical database design, database tuning)
- Message-driven system design (JMS, MQ, TIBCO)
- Scalability design and programming experience is a plus

- Experience or knowledge in finance domain is preferred
