Vacancy description
? As strong lever for growth within the strategic roadmap commitment, SIPA process requires to have extra industrial resource to focus on process technical package transfer to industrial partner in order to ensure new products ramp-up, from industrial partner R&D lab scale appropriation to production scale.
? Frequent travel (70% time) to SIPA plant to ensure the products industrialization in cooperation with Solvay R&I teams in France and China who have defined a basic technical package describing operations for chemical, separation, purification, effluents management steps
? As a coordinator to be responsible for technical package transfer and optimization into SIPA industrial partner according Solvay QHSE standards, local raw materials sourcing, packaging and effluents management, including writing technical report, managing telephone call meeting and update progress with action plan biweekly or monthly.
? Needs strong courage/self-initiative to take responsibility to face challenges from customers on quality expectations & complaints and from Solvay Business to provide high level product with limited time
? Challenges and validates the SIPA industrial partner technological solutions and process costs according SOLVAY risk analysis methodology which shall be validated by GBU TDM.
? As a coordinator to smooth the operation procedure among SIPA’s production, Solvay’s QC for releasing COAs and logistics for raw material/ product delivery on time.
Profile
? Master or above in Chemistry or Chemical engineer with excellent in oral & writing English
? Minimum 5 years’ experience, with experience working across multiple functions, prefer in R&D, analytical & production.
