职位描述
岗位职责：
1、对公司软件项目进行需求分析、应用设计、技术架构设计
2、根据需求和设计完成业务需求到产品需求的转化和实现，实现应用开发和构架开发
3、负责所开发功能达到需求文档要求、确保所开发功能的质量
4、辅助项目经理工作，提供相关的技术支持
5、编订需求文档、设计文件、产品规格文档，并进行相关的校验工作
6、网站设计及维护，日常电脑网络维护工作
职位要求：
1、3年以上.NET WEB实际开发经验，具备大型网站开发经验并在其中担任核心开发工作，熟悉B/S结构程序开发的细节：良好的面向对象的编码意识及能力；精通.NET或J2EE的开发
2、熟悉各种大型数据库ORACLE、SYBASE、SQL Server等
3、熟悉TCP/IP、Web Service技术
4、良好的编程风格，具有规范化、标准化的代码编写习惯；有较强文档撰写能力
5、熟悉软件工程
6、良好的需求分析理解能力、良好的沟通能力及团队合作意识
7、有较强的学习能力、逻辑思维能力、沟通与协调能力，能适应经常出差
