JOB SUMMARY:
The Product Compliance Engineer shall study and be the expert on product compliance requriements covering safety, environmental and health areas, be responsible for product certification and continuously monitoring of product approvals status. Activities under the resonsiblities of the Product Compliance Engineer involves rountines in product certification, parts approvals confriming, analyzing and solving of issues on product compliance, improvement of management system on product compliance needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
1、Collect, study, input and keep updating regulations, directives and standards, like EU regulations and directives, IEC, EN and local standards, which are applicable for company's product, covering relevant electrical product safety, environmental and health areas.
2、Inform inside and analyze updates of regulations, directives and standards about product compliance, handle the issues caused by that and keep company product compliance continuously valid.
3、Check the parts chosen and the new product developed on product compliance requirements during new product developing period, help R&D department analyze the relevant issues.
4、Collect, confirm and manage parts certification information in a good order; help R&D department to prepare and create product technical documentation to meet product compliance requirements.
5、Deal with daily communication with product certification agency, transfer to inside and follow up the issues which be found during product certification, collect and hand over necessary document, maintain product certificates updating.
6、Implement regular check or handle outside testing for product compliance requirements, for both critical components and products.
7、Participate analyzing and solving of product issues to deal with the issues relating to product compliance.
8、Check Engineering Change Request on product compliance requirements.
9、Prepare working instruction or other document necessary in company to ensure product compliance.
10、Help System and Product Compliance Supervisor to establish and improve management system to ensure a good product continuous compliance management on electrical product safety, environmental and health areas.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
1、Minimum 4 years bachelor, master will be a plus
2、Must majored in electrical engineering or industrial automation
3、Must have experience in reading and interpreting drawings and schematics
4、Minimum English level CET-6 or middle level interpretation certified
5、Should feel comfortable working in a foreign company with English as main language
6、0~3 years working experence relating to electrical product safety certification

OTHER SKILLS & ABILITIES:
1、Good knowledge in Microsoft Office suite
2、Good self-learning and be good at solution finding
3、3D CAD software experience a plus
