Job Responsibilities 工作职责:
1. Air tickets and hotel invoice checking monthly
2. Tel receiving and transferring
3. Provide a Professional receptionist
4. Stationery/presswork coordination
5. Tel list update regularly
6. Business card booking
7. EM transportation invoice collection
8. Medical reimbursement to FESCO
9. Door access system maintain
10. Make employee card for new employees
11. Admin related invoice checking and fee report
12. Interview arrangement and coordination
13. Take express from safeguard to every employee
14. Other tasks assigned by the superior.

Qualification Requirements 资质学历要求:
1. Being passionate with the Admin work and working initiative，teamwork-oriented .
2. Higher responsibility, careful working spirits.
3. Associate degree or above,strong communication skills, with cautious and steady working styles.
4. Fluent in spoken and written English. CET-4 or above is prefer.
5. Good skills to use Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet by computer.

According to the requirements of our customers, FFT offers turn-key service for the design and supply of complete systems for body in white and assembly plants. The service range includes project management, planning, design, simulation, plant implementation, pilot series and launch support, quality assurance and after sales service. FFT also offers system solutions and products, including roller hemming, image processing, laser technology, gluing and filling technology and welding and joining technology.
