Responsibility

- Manage training sessions' execution in the ODL's training calendar
- Manage resources either internal or external to deliver the training as per the schedule;
- Manage the training execution incl. the participants, trainers, logistics, finance transaction(payment, charge-out);
- Manage the training evaluation, continuous improvement and post-training sustained learning activities;
- Prepare training report.

Qualification

- Bachelor degree or above
- >2 to 3 years of working experience with at least 1 year in the training function in the multi-national company;
- Having experience of managing training classes;
- Organized, planning, attention to content details and sensitive in data/reporting;
- Be able to write email and presentation in English in a well structured and effective way; fluent spoken English would be preferred.
- Maturity and high sense of accountability;
- Learning agility;
- Interpersonal savvy, good communication and Team Work;
- Strong execution ability;
- Attention to details.
