职位描述
Location: China, project based .
Mission
· Look for customer satisfaction through the quality of the services offered in remote area, at the same time ensuring the profitability of the workshop activity;
· Contribute to the results of the services activity by working in close collaboration with the Parts handler on site + Hub dealership;
· Provide report to Direct report in case of non-adherence on site from dealer to recommended service practices (incl usage of non-genuine parts; etc )
· Secure repairs works in terms of turnaround time and cost for the customer.
· Achieve customer satisfaction objectives.
· Achieve Uptime monthly targets set up with customer.
· Enhance the brand image in terms of the quality of service.
· Enhance Brand Image by maintaining the installation on site clean and tidy.
Principal activities
Workshop production management
· Control workshop activity on the basis of indicators: No. entrance per day; uptime rate; etc.
· Maintain and optimise workshop’s work tool: documentation, tooling, standards, handling equipment, and introduction of workshop processes.
· Secure that workshop team carries out everyday service and repairs operations in line with the daily planning set up.
· Secure the workshop is clean and tidy
Parts Stock management:
· Control warehouse on site activity on the basis of indicators: turnover of parts; ratio VOR and Stock order; etc.
· Secure Parts management processes are respected
Team management :
· Lead the team, motivate them, set objectives
· Inform, regularly communicate with the team on the results of the Customer Satisfaction comments.
· Develop the spirit of service in the team.
· Develop team’s skills; Express training needs in accordance with, personnel profiles.
· Ensure the transfer of knowledge to the dealer’s mechanics according to technical development.
· Recruit or participate in the recruitment of his direct team & dealer’s team on site; anticipate departures.
· Organise and structure the work of the team (Parts and technical) (define priorities…)
Development of customer satisfaction
· Follow the customer satisfaction, analyse discrepancies and set up action plans to readjust the trajectory.
· Advise the customer on vehicle maintenance and repairs.
· Communicate to customer uptime report of his fleet on monthly basis.
Relations with Base Organization (Beijing)
· Exchange information on technical matters and on customer satisfaction to Base Organization in Beijing.
· Commit to the actions instigated by the manufacturer in terms of recalls (OT), warranty.
Optimise on site the quality of the dealer and customer relationship
Responsibilities
· -Responsible for the application of rules on working conditions and safety within the workshop;
· -Responsible for the operation and development of the service;
Recruitment profile requested
Background: Technical Training and/or solid professional experience in the technical area handling workshop in a retail network.
Soft Skills: Customer focus; discipline; team work; drive to improve; relational qualities (listening, clear expression, capacity to present arguments, explain, and negotiate); willingness to work in remote area.
Languages: English/Chinese (fluent)
Computer knowledge: Microsoft Office (minimum required)
