RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Fully in charge of recruitment, including people searching, selection and hiring;

2. Preparation of recruitment literature: JD, Hiring Procedure, summary of recruitment channels;

3. Regularly tracking and evaluating the effectiveness of all existing the recruitment channels, e.g. internal referral, internet, campus recruitment etc, take necessary actions to reduce the recruitment lead time and cost;

4. Receive and review the Application Forms including classification by position or department, screening and short listing candidate profiles;

5. Schedule and confirm timetable for interview, inform interviewer and applicants. Follow and push the department manager to give the feedback of the interview on time;

6. Update the weekly recruitment status, make the recruitment monthly report and calculate the recruiting timeliness ratio;

7. Assist HR Manager with Monthly HR report, such as headcount report, employee Turnover Rate report, and others data reports;

8. Update the Job Description once a year;

9. Maintain Recruiting Management SOP;

10.Responsible for coordination with new hire of per-commencement arrangement.

11.Responsible for Resign Application, Exit Interview and Resign Procedure.

12.In charge of employee file management, and eHR system data input and update.

13.Other special HR project assigned by HR Manager

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Bachelor degree, major in Human Resource management or relevant;

2. 5 years’ experience or above in HR function; prefer working experience in multinational organization. At least 3 years recruiting experience;

3. Well understanding of China Labor Law and local personnel and labor regulations;

4. Good English in oral and written;

5. Must be computer literate i.e. Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

6. Initiative, self-motivated, good team working spirit and willing to work under pressure

7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
