职位描述
1. Define new product attributes and product updates to support the overall strategies.
2. Significant contributor to product attributes strategies. Responsible for the attribute profile fulfilling during the product developing process.
3. Through a broad and extensive network, be a key player when defining and driving VCC Product Strategies.
4. Responsible for implementation of corporate product strategies in all relevant programs.
5. Analyze offers in comparison with competitors and market needs to reach customer satisfaction and profitability.
6. Representative and key player in cross functional strategic forums like Nomenclature, Design forums, Product Cost Management and Infotainment.
7. Monitor and drive variant complexity reduction through taskforces (including MSS & PD teams), by balancing the Business and Industrial consequences.
8. Act as the Voice of the Customer/Market to secure program content by negotiating within the organization to reach agreements.
9. Support and assist with all New Car and Lifecycle related Launch Activities.
10. Serve as the Volvo spokesperson for all car launches and product related test drives with the Press.
1. Extensive automotive knowledge; the car, the customers, the business and the competitive environment. Passion for cars.
2. In depth experience within entire Volvo organization i.e. Research & Development, Sales organization, After Sales, Market Intelligence, Design, etc.
3. Excellent product knowledge.
4. Strong verbal and writing communication skills. Fluent in English both in speech and writing.
5. Business acumen. Drive for results.
6. Documented leadership skills.
7. Extensive network within VCC.
8. Good knowledge of product development process.
9. High level of energy, open minded and innovative.
10. Good computer skills (i.e. Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes).
Academic Qualifications Required
Bachelor above; Technical or marketing education.
Experience Required
At least 5 year working experience in Auto industry; background of marketing is preferred
