Responsibilities:

·Develop long-term business strategies specified to VCC China Operations

·Coordinate strategy development process within the group and functions to harmonize overall and functional strategies

·Initiate and develop new business directions & strategies for VCC China

·Monitor and follow up defined strategic roadmaps and corresponding action plans

·Market and policy analysis and evaluation

·Support business planning processes

·Deep dive in strategic / specific areas related to business planning & development

Qualifications 要求:

3-5 years experience with OEM / strategy consulting firm; corporate experience at strategy development and business development preferred
Engineering background (Bachelor/Master degree in ele./mech. engineering)
Familiar with China automotive industry polices & regulations
Experience in sales, R&D or manufacturing would be a plus
Ability to carry out projects with own initiative & independently
Willingness to work as part of a team to meet aggressive deadlines in a fast paced environment
Advanced level knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office applications (including PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Project)
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
三-五年汽车整车OEM管理或战略咨询公司经验
具有工程背景（机电工程方面学位）
有企业战略和业务开发双重经验者优先
熟悉国家汽车产业政策和法规
有销售，R&D, 或制造经验者可加分
能主动，独当一面完成项目
愿意团队工作，能在工作节奏较快的环境中实现有挑战性的目标
很好地应用MS办公软件（包括Power point，Excel以及Project）
有很好的文字和语言交流能力
