Reporting to: Head of Talent Management, China



Location: Shanghai Pudong Office

Department: Human Resources



Main Responsibilities

·Training and Development 60%

Consolidate internal training needs from business units
Customize and standardize training curriculum based on organizational needs and Company competence requirement
Select training providers and establish long-time partnership
Establish partnership with selected service providers
Ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of training programs
·Competence Development 30%

Adapt Company competence framework to local organization
Implement competence management system in MSS organization
Train managers across all levels on usage of the framework on on-going basis
·Organization Development 10%

Track the effectiveness and return of investment on training and development and other major OD initiatives
Help roll out Talent Management initiatives and processes into MSS organization and ensure compliance to existing practices

Qualification

·10+ years relevant working experience in MNCs, preferably in auto-companies

·Proficient in both written and spoken English, MS-office programs (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint) and web technologies for internal communication and training delivery

·Familiarity with course design and competence management and development

·Excellent communication skills

·Self-starter and good team player

·Highly organized and detail-oriented

·Ability to work in high pressure and adaptable to changing environment and uncertainty

·Bachelor degree received from a reputable university
