General Job Description: 一般职位描述

The Quality Control Inspector (QC) is responsible for conducting independent quality control in strict accordance with agreed AQL. Inspections are carried out as raw material, in-line and/or finished goods inspections. The QC will ensure all products conform to purchase order and engineering data (TD) requirements. Each quality control inspection is promptly followed by the release of inspection records detailing inspection results. The QC will keep supervisor informed of any non-conforming material and work with suppliers to implement solutions / re-work. The QC is expected to block shipments with an unacceptable high defect rate (according to AQL) and at all times represent the customer quality expectations.

Main Responsibility: 主要职责

1. Conduct random quality control inspections according to company quality manual.

2. Prevent non-conforming products and orders from being shipped to customers.

防止不符合要求的产品和订单出货

3. Accurately fill out inspection reports following inspections – within maximum 2 days after inspection.

4. Ensure suppliers follow SBN quality standards

确保供应商按照SBN质量标准

5. Work with suppliers to ensure continuous quality improvement.

与供应商协作，以确保不断提高服务质量。

6. Use TD, reference sample and common sense during inspections

在视察过程中使用技术资料或参考样本和基本常识

7. Assist QA in carry out sample checking and preparing a sample checking report

协助做新产品检验, 并准备相关报告.

8. Assist QA in preparation and updating ASD

协助完成技术资料的准备和更新.

9. Any other responsibility as assigned by Chief Representative

协助完成首席代表指定的其它工作内容.

QUALIFICATION资格要求

- Male. University graduated男性，大学毕业

- Minimum 3-5 years experienced as QA/QC Inspector for Indoor Furniture – metal, wood and panel furniture is preferable.

至少3-5年QA / QC工作经验，特别是室内家具，金属、木材和板式家具。

- Good understanding of manufacturing processes including sourcing, development, production and quality is desirable

- Excellent English writing and speaking skills. 优秀的英语书面表达和口语表达

- Ability to communicate effectively (acknowledged and respectfully) both verbally and in writing
