目前因业务发展需要，在成都招聘以下人员：

高级行政助理

工作地点:成都

岗位职责:

1. 负责分公司的行政事务工作，负责来访客户的接待、基本咨询和引见；

2. 负责与上海总部及各相关部门的联络衔接工作；

3．负责处理日常邮件往来，以及收发公司的传真、信件和报刊；

4. 建立维护客户管理档案和合同管理档案；

5．负责协助维护办公环境及秩序；

6. 完成领导交办的其它工作。

任职要求:

1、 本科以上学历，两年以上工作经验；

2、 具有良好的沟通交往能力，精通各种礼仪常识；

3、 有良好的服务意识，熟练使用电脑、传真机、复印机、打印机等各种办公设备；.

4、 较好协调及执行能力，工作踏实认真、应对快捷敏锐，责任心强；

5、 具备一定的行政管理知识；

6、 性格开朗随和，形象气质佳，有亲和力；

7、 CET六级以上水平，综合素质较高，有发展潜力。
