Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for Quality System planning, implementation, maintenance as well as updating, to meet with related Quality management regulations' requirement like ISO.
2. Take charge of internal and external audits, timely locate existing Quality management problems and provide corrective plan and actions, to meet customer requirement.
3. Keep good communication with customers, understand customers' needs and try to achieve customers’ satisfaction with the product quality.
4. Cope with Third party or customer inspection, proactively follow all the process and promptly solve problems found.
5. Maintain Quality system documents and make sure that all related documents are in control and traceable.
6. Conduct Training to colleagues as well as workers about Quality System management to improve employees' sense of quality.
Requirements:
1. Educational Attainment.
1-1. Bachelor or above, in QA, Quality Engineering, Mechanics, Automation or related.
More than 5 years work experience in Quality System management in manufacturing environment, Plus at least 2 years experience as a managing role.
2. Personality.
2-1. Precise, responsible, hardworking and practical.
2-2. Able to work under high pressure.
2-3. Highly principled.
3. Knowledge and Skills.
3-1. Have the certification of Internal Auditor, with External Auditor certification preferred.
3-2. Fluent in English Writing.
3-3. Have experience in setting up and implementing ISO9000/ISO14000/OHSAS18001 quality systems.
3-4. Skilled in quality monitor through PPAP/ APQP/ MSA/ FMEA/ SPC.
3-5. Good co-ordination and communication skill, team work spirit.
