1、本科以上学历，数学、金融相关专业，有数学数值建模经验
2、二年以上相关经验（SLG和RPG数值策划），有数学基础，熟悉概率学，了解数据库操作

职位描述：
1、根据游戏的开发要求和运营现状，设计和建立游戏的数值框架、属性框架
2、为各系统提供数值模型和数据支持， 用理论证明数值模型的合理性
3、完善游戏数值系统的合理性、平衡性和持续可发展性
4、热爱游戏事业，熟悉各类型游戏，对游戏拥有饱满的热情。
