基本要求：
1. 3年以上PHP Web开发经验，熟悉php运行机制，掌握优化技术，熟悉PHP面向对象的设计方法，理解MVC；
2. 精通Javascript，熟练应用AJAX开发，熟练掌握HTML、CSS、DIV等页面技术；
3. 熟悉主流WEB缓存技术,熟悉大型网站构架和性能优化；
4. 具有良好团队合作精神，有高度的责任心，能带领项目组完成整体工作；
5. 且有多个项目开发经验，掌握对应技术的设计模式以及主流框架，能独立完成相应的扩展开发；
6. 精通MYSQL数据库应用系统设计及优化，熟悉存储引擎及存储过程；
7. LINUX操作系统的常用命令操作和应用系统部署、运行、优化、维护，对nginx和apache有一定经验；
8. 了解互联网新技术及发展发向。
9. 有社区,大型平台开发经验；
10. 有API接口应用开发经验；
11. 有高并发、大数据量处理经验；
12. 有系统架构设计能力；
